Over the years we have become extremely proficient in using Sage software and consider ourselves to be Sage experts – covering all packages – we offer bespoke, one to one training on all Sage products. Part of the problem with attending a generic Sage training course is that the course will not be tailored specifically to your company’s requirements. Our Sage training is designed exclusively for your business. We will come to your business premises and analyse your accounting system so that we can adapt our training program to work specifically with your company’s accounting procedure.
We create a hand written list of notes especially for your business – so that you learn only what you need to learn to complete your own accounts. Rather than wading through a manual or wasting time on features that you don’t need. This removes the headache of returning from a generic Sage course where you might find yourself overwhelmed or unable to implement everything you have learned into your own system.
And of course, we don’t just do Sage – we are also conversant in the use of Quickbooks, spreadsheets, old fashioned ledgers and many other accounting software packages.
Affordably Priced Accounting and Book-keeping
Our charges vary according to your requirements but as a guideline our book-keeping charges to attend your premises and complete the book-keeping on site are £20 plus VAT per hour. Our Sage training is again completed at your premises and is charged at £40 per hour plus VAT. In one 8 hour day we can usually train you to complete one month of accounts, producing notes sufficient for you to attempt the second month on your own and then get us to come back and iron out any problems and check your progress. We can hold your hand as much or as little as your require with any accounting needs.
Limited Company Accounts and Payroll Services
For Limited Company accounts we prefer to make an appointment and prepare a quotation based on the volume of work required. For example a company whose book-keeping system is already in place and can be presented to us in order to simply complete the accounts would typically be between £350 – £500 plus VAT.
If your books are not up-to-date or no book-keeping has been completed and you need us to get you up to speed, the charge for the book-keeping would be based on our rate of £20 per hour along with a further charge to finalise the accounts and submit the returns to HMRC and the accounts to Companies House.
Limited Company Accounts and Payroll Services
For Limited Company accounts we prefer to make an appointment and prepare a quotation based on the volume of work required. Our payroll services are very competitively priced and will depend on the number of employees but for a company with fewer than 10 employees the weekly or monthly charge is typically around £25 plus VAT.
